Cancellation Policy
Booking & Card on File Policy: To secure your appointment, all clients are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file. No upfront deposit is required. Your card will only be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if you do not show up. This ensures your time slot is reserved and allows me to prepare and travel specifically for you. Travel Fee: Travel is complimentary for first time clients. For returning clients, a travel fee of $1 per mile from my location, plus any applicable tolls, will be added to your service total. This ensures I can continue providing mobile services while covering travel expenses. Cancellations & No Show Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. • Less than 24 hours notice: A 100% cancellation fee may be applied to your card on file. • No call / No show: If I arrive and you are unavailable or do not answer within 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no show and 100% of the service total may be charged to your card on file.
